Every six weeks is Assessment Day.

We test our member’s Turkish Get-Up and Beep Test Scores.

Top marks go to members with the best balance of strength, mobility, and endurance.

1. Maximum Weight Turkish Get-Up: Measures structural integrity, total-body stability, and unilateral strength.

It requires high-tension focus to maintain structure under a heavy load. It tests “slow” power and gravity control.

2. Beep Test: Measures VO2 max, metabolic efficiency, and mental toughness under high-heart-rate fatigue.

It also assesses power by testing your ability to overcome inertia during every turn.

You must decelerate, stabilize, and then explosively re-accelerate to succeed.

This hybrid test assesses two different engines. Excelling in both suggests a remarkably high level of athleticism.
