Does the schedule change through the year?

What is PRE-Fitness ?  

The Physical Rehabilitation & Education Fitness class is a reduced 30-minute class suitable for:  

  • beginners  
  • people who have had a long absence from training  
  • post-partum mothers 
  • and people who would just prefer a shorter, lighter training session due to age or health requirements

Like our 1hr classes, PRE-Fitness classes also train a balanced blend of strength, mobility and cardiovascular endurance but with less volume, smaller class sizes (for more coach-client attention), and less high-impact training. So, if you are reentering fitness after a long break, are recovering from injury, or recently had a baby, then this is the class for you. Do you offer personal training?  

As the Fresh Fitness Clubs network grows, we are not offering personal training. Instead, we encourage everyone to try one of our group classes. Training can be more fun, and easier to make it a healthy habit when you join our community. To find your nearest club, click here.   

 

Do you offer training online? 

We offer online programming through the CoachRX online platform. These programs can be tailored to your goals, personal ability, and the equipment you have available. We also offer online programs designed for training at home and on the go.  For more information, click here.  

 

What happens if it rains?  

It rarely rains here in Mallorca. But even if it does, our classes still run to schedule. Our coaches adapt the days exercises for safety and comfort. Enroute to a class, you might question your decision to train in the rain. But no one ever regrets their decision after the work is done.  

 

I booked a class but can’t attend. What should I do? 

Login to your account through the goteamup.com website or mobile app and unregister from the class you were attending. If you cancel up to 2 hours before the class, then you can rebook for the same day and will not be deducted a class credit. If you cancel within 2 hours before a class, then this is considered a LATE CANCELLATION- the class credit will be charged/deducted and you will be unable to book another class that day.  

 

I’m leaving for holidays. What are my membership options?  

Included with your membership is access to Coach RX App which gives you access to an online Bodyweight Program (no equipment needed) designed by Fresh Fitness Clubs coaches. You can read more about this here.   

Alternatively, you can put your MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD whilst you’re away. The system will deduct your time away as a percentage from your next membership payment.  

 

Can I bring a friend to class?  

Yes! This is how our community grows and we love it.   

We only ask that you get the person you are bringing to make an account and sign in to the class through the goteamup.com online booking platform. This ensures that all class attendees have signed our waiver.   

Make sure your friend uses your REFERAL CODE (found on your GoTeamUp profile) when booking and you will receive a 10.00 EUR discount off of your next membership.  

 

What languages are spoken at the club?
The club is a melting pot of nationalities from Mallorca and beyond. Our Head Coach, Simon, is fluent in English & Spanish and also speaks pretty good German. He mixes classes between the three languages to ensure everyone can understand. 

 

Why is there a limit to class sizes? 

Part of what makes Fresh Fitness Clubs unique is the quality of the programming and coaching. With classes capped at 12 people we can ensure that every person receives the attention the equipment and attention they need. Our high standards get you results.  

 

How does the Waitlist work? 

If you want to sign in for a class but it’s already full, you will see the option to join the Waitlist.   

If another attendee cancels their booking for that class (which happens), the first person on the waiting list will receive a notification (via email) informing them that there is a spot available. They then have 30 minutes to confirm that spot or it will be offered to the next person on the Waitlist.   

So, if you’re waiting for a spot to become free, stay connected to snap up your spot!  

Note that often, even the 3rd or 4th person on the WL will still get a spot in the class.  

This is also often communicated via the WhatsApp group for your club location.  

How can I join the WhatsApp group?
Once you have attended at least one class, you can join the whatsapp group via an invite from the Club Assistant, Tracy – WhatsApp message her on 636 169 628.  

This group is used to communicate important info, share who is attending classes, and keep you up to date with club news.

How do I make an account?  

To be able to book a class you need to make an account on the GoTeamUP online booking platform. You can do this here. Sign up to make an account through our website where you can choose to purchase a drop in class or one of the membership options. 

 

What are the membership options?   

You can view full info about the prices and schedule here. Memberships run monthly from the date of purchase. i.e. if you purchase your membership on March 3rd, it will renew automatically on April 3rd. If you do not wish your membership to renew automatically, cancel the membership and it will close end of term.   

Unlimited: €86 per month 

2 classes per week: €72 / month (9 classes valid for 1 month) 

1 class per week: €42 / month (5 classes valid for 1 month) 

5 class bono: €50 (valid for 2 months) 

Drop-ins: €12  

Or sign up for the whole year and get 12 months for the price of 10: Annual Membership: €860 per year 

 

How do I download the GoTeamUp mobile app to register for classes? 

You can download the app which is linked to our GoTeamUp booking platform. This makes registering for a class quick and easy.

I can’t register for a class. Why not? 

Here are some of the most common reasons you can’t book a class:  

  • If you cancel a class within 2 hours of it starting, the system considers this a late cancellation and will not allow you to book another class that day.  *You can attend another class if there is space available. Please contact Tracy to confirm.  
  • Due to its popularity, the 7am class is limited to members only, meaning that you cannot book this class as a drop-in.  
  • If you have a coupon it may have run out of credits and you need to make a new purchase.  
  • The system has failed to charge your membership renewal and blocked bookings on this membership. You can either choose an alternative payment method to pay the outstanding bill or purchase a new membership.
