After many obstacles towards rekindling my training, I finally have arrived in a place where I am motivated to move! And it feels amazing. I not only feel physically stronger but mentally too. My favourite things about fresh fitness are the regular class times to suit everyone’s schedule, working out outdoors, the friendly people which make it fun and sociable and of course Simon! A fantastic couch who adapts all exercises to the individual which makes newcomers feel welcome and regulars feel challenged ???????? Meike Grantz Simon is probably the best coach I've ever had. His classes are always super well structured and offer a holistic training for the whole body. He knows what he is talking about and if you come regularly, you will feel a step change in your fitness and overall health level. I am now a few weeks into my training and wanted to compliment Simon (and team) on the highly professional (and great fun) training sessions and the fantastic booking system/APP (and follow up from Tracy). Working out in the fresh air each morning is a great start to the day! I find the training physically challenging, but I am really enjoying it (you get out of it what you put into it), Simon's attention to detail regarding form is such a critical element (especially to avoid injury etc).
